The Eagles are coming off two significant losses and are flying to the other side of the country for a primetime game. QB Jalon Hurts is sick and took his private plane to avoid making other players sick. Hurts will likely play, but I won’t bank on him being at full strength. Cam Jurgens is out tonight, so their rock-solid offensive line will be limited. The Eagles just switched defensive coordinators this week. That’s a big deal this late into the season. Three weeks ago, the Eagles were the favorites to win the Super Bowl and have since faded. Head Coach Nick Sirianni could lose the locker room very soon. Seattle may have issues as QB Geno Smith won’t likely play, but Drew Lock is an adequate backup. The Seahawk’s running backs are healthy, as are their receivers. Seattle is a tough place to play for any team, but I can’t bank on the Eagles after their last two horrendous losses and their midseason coaching changes. Philadelphia clinched a playoff berth by default, while Seattle needs to win their remaining games to have a chance to sneak into the playoffs. Interestingly, the betting line has not moved with reports that Jalen Hurts will play and Geno Smith won’t. Take the Seahawks.
